I love to make dreams come true! I make this happen by assisting new relationships and existing ones buy and sell homes. I have been a resident of Jacksonville my entire life. I have helped customers buy and sell homes from Callahan to Mandarin and in all price ranges. I built my business by building a foundation based on trust ,flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and ability to accurately price and market a home. I love to see the faces of my customers light up when they sign the final papers at closing and began the next chapter in their life. When I am not selling real estate, I am spending time with my family at home, some sporting event or fishing!!
